In Chinese period, besides us, there were groups after us that have plenty of content on their slides, but they're all done by one person (unlike us which we did it ourselves, somehow, I did the collaborating), and they used the Translator. You may think it translates to Chinese pretty well mah, but you're wrong. What I see from the translated context they have from English (likely Wikipedia, Chinese one rather empty) to Chinese was like... they:
- Didn't review the slides, obviously a one-man's work on the slides (Obvious errors, unicode errors included, like total crap from translation, you get what I mean)
- And didn't really rehearse for the slides i.e. read from the slides. (Yesh I said more than the words that I placed)
And I was laughing hardly about the grammar and vocabulary errors, damn obvious one, one I remembered until now was the Nyonya actually “定居在海关”，and I laughed until it hurt (maybe THAT is the reason), don't tell me the Peranakans live in Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints in Singapore? Haha it's just too entertaining reading the slides...
