It’s about time for some dream interpretation again, and this time… it involved a song I listen. Or actually it was an old song. Ok let me start, and this shall also be an extra Song of the day today…
(This time I try a first-person account) It was… damn after a long day 4got almost everything liao. I was in this room, most likely the room when I was in Primary School days. There, existed… let’s see… 2 other rooms, and I’m standing close to the doors. The rooms are all empty, white-washed, and I can feel the air-con blowing me. I noticed I needed to sing something. So I sang, this song was great, but I don’t think I remembered the lyrics. And then someone else sitting down beside me was singing too, helping me with the lyrics. I sang together with her, and when she stuttered on the lyrics, I managed to sing them. We sang and sang, not knowing where the instrumentals come from, besides a drummer playing a single drum… a Cajón (interestingly I only knew how to spell it now) perhaps? A drummer, on the door of one room.
The reveal: The song, is “Aozora” by miwa. Yesh the miwa version, even though this was a 1988 song. Interestingly some songs are able to stay in the singers for some time, another example I know is “M”, sung by YUI before and adapted by RSP. The girl, I have no idea. I was too engrossed in “singing”…
This was a great dream, making me rather reluctant to wake up. The day overall is seen to be well, much better than other days, and it’s wonderful to get a hint from a dream. Perhaps that’s what’s about a dream…
